Recycle PP plastics granulation by two stages of extrusion groups machine line

This machine extrusion group is designed for waste PP chips or similar material granulating. The designed output capacity could be reached at around 500Kgs/hr. The machine groups devices in two stages:

1) The 1st stage is a twin screw extruder, equipped 132KW 4 poles AC motor, L/D ratio is 40:1, screw speed is 500rpm, extrusion barrel set screen change system, and die head is opened, the material would be dropped into the 2nd stage of single screw extruder’s feeding mouth (barrel) ;

2) The  2nd stage is a single screw plastic extruder, equipped 75Kw 6 poles AC motor, L/D is 9, screw speed 60.

As  COVID-19 is a spreading problem worldwide, and the client cannot go to our factory, so we have internet video chatting in the workshop and let the client inspect the machine line by video camera, the client sees the running test in our workshop by live broadcast. The result satisfied the client and he feels very happy.

After that, we will pack the machine line and book the shipping space for it, it will be in the Spanish client’s workshop soon. In the meantime, we have arranged the engineer’s VISA and international round tickets for him, also we asked the engineer to go to the hospital for heathy certification for this international business trip.
